1. Hover your mouse cursor over a block and then find its corresponding Row menu. From there, tap the 'Edit This Layout' button.

2. Select 'Change This Layout's Background Color' option to proceed.

3. Following that, select the specific color you wish to apply.

4. Finally, the background color of the selected layout in your Constant Contact email will be changed accordingly.
