How to Check Jira Admin Access

Go to settings by clicking the gear icon at the upper left corner of your dashboard.
Select 'User management'.
Go to your user account and check if it is listed as 'ORG Admin' or has 'Jira System Administrator' permissions.
If you have admin rights, you can review the permission schemes for different projects to understand your level of access and the scope of permissions.
