How to Check Spelling in MS Excel

Go to the Review tab in the ribbon and click Spelling, or simply press F7 on your keyboard.
Excel highlights misspelled words one by one; choose a suggested correction or skip as needed.
Once Excel has finished checking, it will display a message confirming the spell check is complete.
