How to Clean My GetResponse List



Guide

  1. From the dashboard, click on the 'Contacts' tab.

  2. Go to the 'Search' tab.

  3. Click 'Advanced search'.

  4. To clean your list, click on the 'Add condition' option. Use the conditions to define your segment based on inactivity

  5. From the drop down menu, select a category.

  6. Select 'Message not opened' for actions from the drop down menu.

  7. Click 'Any message'.

  8. Select the timeframe.

  9. Click 'Apply' to proceed.

  10. Name your segment and click 'Save'.

  11. Go to the 'Segments' tab and select the segment you created for inactive contacts.

  12. Go to 'Actions' menu and click the vertical ellipsis.

  13. Select 'Delete from list'.

  14. Confirm the action by clicking 'Yes, delete them'.

  15. By following these steps, you can maintain a clean and engaged email list in GetResponse, improving your email deliverability and overall campaign performance.
