How to close a jira ticket

Guide

1. Open the ticket in Jira

2. Click on the ticket's current Status. And mark it Done.

3. Change the status to Done or any other organization-specific status that indicates the work is complete.

4. Alternatively, you can click and hold a ticket in board view.

5. Drag and drop it to the Done column.
