1. Navigate to your Coda document

2. Go to your table, then click on the 'Options' menu at the top right.

3. Select the ellipsis icon.

4. Click 'Form' to transform your table into an interactive form to collect structured data from anyone.

5. Preview your form before publishing to ensure it collects exactly what you need.

6. Click 'Publish form' to make your form accessible to respondents by publishing it with just one click.

7. Hit 'Create link' to generate a unique link that respondents can use to submit their data directly to your table.

8. Click 'Copy link' and share the form with your team to begin collecting structured data effortlessly.
