How to Colour Code Tasks in Asana

Guide

1. Go to the 'Projects' menu and select an existing project.

2. Click 'Customize'.

3. In the 'Add' section, select 'Fields'.

4. Click the 'Field title' box to name your field and add your description.

5. Under the 'Field type', select your preferred type.

6. Click the 'Type an option name' and name your option.

7. Select the colour code that you want for your option.

8. Check each box below the option name.

9. Click 'Create field' to proceed.

10. Your new column appears in your dashboard.

11. You are now able to select the colour code of your tasks.
