Guide

1. Hit Create > Zap on the left sidebar.

2. Click on the Trigger to define the trigger event.

3. Select Dotdigital from the listed apps.

4. Select the Trigger event as New Survey Response.

5. Click on Account to connect your Dotdigital account.

6. Connect your Dotdigital account and enter API username and Password in the pop-up.

7. Now, select your Action event.

8. And search for Slack.

9. As for the Action, choose Send channel message.

10. Next, connect your Slack account if it's not connected.

11. Finally, Publish to establish the connection.
