1. Select a version to download your visual studio code.

2. Click on the app to open it and start connecting GitHub to Visual Studio Code.

3. Click on the profile icon to choose how to sign in your GitHub.

4. Select 'Backup and Sync Settings'.

5. Select 'Sign in with GitHub'.

6. Enter your username and password. Select 'Sign in'.

7. Authorize the authentication and click 'Continue'.

8. Select 'Open'.

9. That's it! You have successfully connected GitHub to Visual Studio Code.
