Guide

1. Go to Admin> Property Settings> Data streams.

2. Select the active Data Stream

3. Copy the Measurement ID

4. Now let's head to Google Tag Manager.

5. Click on Container name which will be your website address.

6. Go to the left pane and click on Tags.

7. Click on New to create a new Tag.

8. Give it a name and select Tag configuration box on top.

9. Choose Google Analytics.

10. Choose Google Analytics and select GA4 Event.

11. Paste the Measurement Id you copied from Google Analytics

12. Select Event as the variable to be added

13. This is how it will appear on the text field

14. Select All Pages as the Triggering event. and hit Save

15. Hit the Preview button and your website will open to do a test if the tag is working.

16. Now let's head to Tag Assistant and add Website URL

17. Hit Continue
