Guide

1. Hit Create > Zap on the left sidebar.

2. Click on the Trigger to define the trigger event.

3. Select Manychat from the listed apps.

4. Select the Trigger event as Chat Opened.

5. Click on Account to connect your Manychat account.

6. Sign in to your Manychat account in the pop-up.

7. Now, select your Action event.

8. And search for Slack.

9. As for the Action, choose Send channel message.

10. Next, connect your Slack account if it's not connected.

11. Finally, Publish to establish the connection.
