Guide

1. Hit Create > Zap on the left sidebar.

2. Click on the Trigger to define the trigger event.

3. Select Tidio from the listed apps.

4. Select the trigger event as Contact sent from bot.

5. Click on Account to connect your Tidio account.

6. Sign in to your Tidio account and head over to Settings> Integration to find Zapier integration key.

7. Now, select your Action event.

8. And search for Slack.

9. As for the Action, choose Send channel message.

10. Next, connect your Slack account if it's not connected.

11. Finally, Publish to establish the connection.
