Locate the Settings icon on the top right.
Navigate to the left sidebar menu, find the Inbox & Help Desk, and click on Inboxes.
Click the button labeled Connect a channel.
Choose WhatsApp from the available channel options.
Click Continue with WhatsApp to initiate the connection process.
Proceed by granting permission and access to your WhatsApp account.
