1. Inside your Figma design canvas, find and highlight the character you want to convert into the superscript format.

2. After that, head over to the right-side panel and click the 'Type Settings' icon under the Design tab.

3. Go to the Details tab afterwards and then find 'Position' under the Numbers section.

4. Choose 'Superscript' from the given options.

5. After completing these steps, the selected character will turn instantly into a superscript.
