1. Navigate to your Confluence space and click "Create" to start a new page where your Excel data will live.

2. Enter the title of your page.

3. Simply drag and drop your Excel file onto the page, or copy your spreadsheet data and use the "/table" command to create a formatted Confluence table.

4. Reuse by copying the page manually, or ask a space admin to publish it as a custom template.
