How to Create a Form in ActiveCampaign



Guide

  1. Click 'Website' on the left menu to navigate to the Forms overview page.

  2. Click the 'Create new form' button on the top right of your screen.

  3. Type the name of your form into the field provided.

  4. Choose the form style you wish to use.

  5. Go to 'Form Action', then click the action you want to use. You can choose from any of the following.

  6. Click the dropdown next to 'Form Action' to select an option to match your action. The items displayed in this dropdown will differ based on the selected action.

  7. Click the 'Create form' button.

  8. Once you have your form, click 'Integrate'.

  9. You can choose the options you want to integrate tour form via social media.

  10. Click 'Save and exit'.
