HubSpot - How to add forms



Guide

  1. From the marketing dropdown, go to Lead Capture -> Forms.

  2. Click on the Create form option.

  3. Choose the apt option basis where you'd like to use the form. Hit Next on the top right corner.

  4. Start with a blank form or pick a template if you're aware of the form's use case. Then, hit Start.

  5. Use the properties from the left panel to add as form fields.

    You can even click on the added fields on the right side to edit them.

  6. Or else, create new ones if you can't find what you need.

  7. Ensure you've the right lifecycle stage selected for people who sign up via this form.

  8. Along with how the submissions should be tagged and how the form should behave.

  9. Then under Style & preview, adjust the look and feel of your form and when you're done, hit Update.

  10. Finally, click on Publish to go live with the form.

  11. Once the form is live, you can copy either the embed code to add it on a webpage or the form URL to share with others.
