How to Create a Kanban Board in Asana

Create a new project by clicking on the '+' icon in the top bar and selecting 'Project'.
Choose how you would like to start your project.
Click 'Use template'.
Select 'Board'.
In a Kanban board, sections represent different stages of your workflow.
Click on 'Add Section' to create your first section. Continue adding sections until you have all the stages of your workflow represented.
Start adding tasks to your board by clicking on the '+' icon in the section where you want to add the task.
You can easily move tasks between sections by dragging and dropping them into the appropriate section.
Assign tasks to team members by clicking on the task, selecting the 'Assign' option, and choosing the appropriate team member.
You can also set due dates for tasks to help keep your team on track.
Add details, subtasks and attachments.
Collaborate with your team.
