1. Head over to the top menu bar and click 'Open Data Model'.

2. Following that, click the mode selector at the top-right corner.

3. Choose 'Editing' from the list of options.

4. Find the table you want to edit and then click its corresponding 'More Options' button.

5. Subsequently, pick 'New Measure' from the available choices.

6. To rename the new measure, simply go to the formula bar and change the word Measure to your preferred name.

7. After that, type the formula and set it up based on your preference.

8. Finally, a new measure will be created and added to the selected table.
