1. Navigate to the 'Contacts' section to access your customer database.

2. Click and open an existing record.

3. Click on the edit icon to access the contact's tag management features to improve categorization.

4. Review the current tag information for this contact to understand their segmentation.

5. Enter the tag field to assign a more relevant categorization.

6. Apply the new tag to properly categorize this contact for targeted campaigns.

7. Click 'Save' to confirm your changes and update the contact's classification in your database.

8. Success! The contact is now properly tagged for better segmentation and targeting.
