1. Click “Create”, add a title (e.g., “Project Hub”), and publish it. This will serve as the main (top-level) page.

2. From the parent page, click the +, then select “Page”. Add content and publish.

3. Create more child pages under the parent to build your page structure.

4. The left sidebar in Confluence automatically reflects the page tree structure for easy navigation.
