1. On the left sidebar, hover your mouse cursor over the 'Pages' option and click 'Add New Page'.

2. Select 'Blank Page' afterwards.

3. Following that, enter your preferred title into the provided text block.

4. Next, prepare the content of your privacy page and type it below the title block.

5. Navigate to the right-side panel and then configure the block and page settings based on your preferences.

6. Once done, click 'Publish'.

7. Tap the 'Publish' button one more time to confirm your request.

8. After completing these steps, your privacy policy page will be published instantly. At this point, you can now insert this page as a footer menu and display it publicly.
