2. Choose 'Profiles', where all customer information is centralized.

3. Access this sample profile to see individual customer data.

4. Navigate to the 'Custom properties' and click 'Add custom property'.

5. Define what type of customer information you want to track.

6. Select 'First Name' as a key personalization data point.

7. Now, add the specific information for this customer.

8. Personalize with the customer's first name.

9. Click 'Add profile property' to save the personalization data to enrich the customer profile.

10. Success! Now, use the data for personalized emails and targeted campaigns.
