1. Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Pull Requests'.

2. Tap 'Create Pull Request' at the top-right corner.

3. After that, specify your preferred 'Source' and 'Destination' branch.

4. Click the 'Title' text box and type the PR name you wish to use.

5. Following that, add a short description and enter the name of the user you want to assign as the reviewer.

6. Once done, tap 'Create Pull Request'.

7. After completing these steps, the new pull request will be created and added to your Bitbucket account.
