Guide

1. Go to Commerce> Quotes

2. Click on Create quote.

3. Choose an existing deal or create a new one

4. Fill in quote details: name, expiration date, and comments.

5. Ensure the buyer's contact is included.

6. And also don't forget to enter your company's information.

7. Company information like company name, and registered address etc.

8. Add the products that are part of the transaction in the line items.

9. Here is what it looks like.

10. And this is how the summary looks like.

11. Add Signature and specify the contacts who are needed for counter signatures

12. Set up a Payment option and publish your quote.
