Guide

1. Go to the 'Projects' menu.

2. Click 'Customize'.

3. In the Add section, select 'Rules'.

4. Add a trigger that sets the rule in motion.

5. Define your conditions by clicking 'Add condition'.

6. Select an option for your condition.

7. Select a column or section.

8. Decide what you want Asana to do when the trigger and conditions (if any) are met.

9. Choose a section.

10. Review the rule settings to ensure everything is as desired. Once satisfied, click 'Publish rule' to save the rule.
