1. Go to the left-side panel and click 'Audience'.

2. Choose 'Lists & Segments' from the list of options.

3. After that, click 'Create New' in the top-right corner.

4. Tap 'Create Segment' to proceed.

5. Provide the required information, particularly the segment name, tags, and condition. Enter the details into their respective input fields.

6. Subsequently, configure the selected condition based on your preference. Simply fill out the input fields with the necessary details.

7. Once done, review your input and click 'Create Segment'.

8. After completing these steps, a new segment will be created and added to your Klaviyo account.
