  1. Inside the main dashboard of your SharePoint site, head over to the top navigation bar and click 'New'.

  2. Choose 'App' from the list of options.

  3. After that, tap the 'Classic Experience' option.

  4. Next, find and select 'Survey' from the available options.

  5. Click the 'Name' field and type your desired survey name.

  6. Once done, tap 'Create' to proceed.

  7. After completing these steps, the survey will be created and added to your SharePoint site content. You can now access it and make your desired modifications.
