  1. Let's start by clicking the 'Blank report' to create a fresh canvas for our table.

  2. Now, you'll need to connect to your data source. This is where your table information will come from.

  3. Click 'Load' to bring your selected data into Power BI. The system might take a moment to process larger datasets.

  4. Look to the right panel under 'Visualizations' and click on the 'Table' icon, it looks like a little grid.

  5. Drag the fields you want to display from the fields pane into the 'Values' area of your table.

  6. Click 'Save' to preserve your work.
