1. On WordPress Block Editor, click the specific block where you wish to assign the anchor link you're about to create.

2. After that, go to the right-side panel and click 'Advanced' under the Block tab.

3. Think of one or two words that uniquely describe the selected block and then enter them into the HTML Anchor text field.

4. After that, use the newly registered anchor link to hyperlink certain parts of the post or page.

5. Once done, click 'Save' to apply the recent changes and enable the function of your anchor link.
