Salesforce - How to Create an Opportunity in Salesforce

Navigate to the Opportunities tab and click on the New button.
Account Name - Select the existing account associated with the opportunity. If the account doesn't exist yet, you can create a new one from within this page.
Opportunity Name - Provide a clear and concise name that reflects the opportunity (e.g., "Salesforce Implementation for ABC Company").
Put the Amount and enter the Close Date.(Set a target date for closing the deal)
Select the appropriate stage from the "Stage" picklist.
Type: Specify the opportunity type (e.g., New Business)
Select the Lead source.
Finally, hit Save.
You will get a success message once your opportunity is created.
