How to Create Blank Database in MS Access

Open Microsoft Access.
Click 'File' and select 'New'.
Select 'Blank database'.
Go to the table and click 'Rename' to enter a name for the database.
You may also go to the 'Create' tab.
In the 'Forms' group, click 'Blank Form'.
Save your database by clicking the save icon.
