Open your form in 'Design View'.
Go to the 'Controls' group and select the 'Combo box'.
In the 'Property Sheet', go to the 'Data' tab and select 'Limit to List'.
Set it to 'Yes'. This prevents users from entering values not in the list.
Click the save icon to save the changes.
