1. Inside Buffer's Create Post panel, find the image you want to edit and click its corresponding 'Edit' button.

2. After that, select the 'Crop' option to proceed.

3. Choose your preferred aspect ratio from the available choices. Make sure it is the standard size you use when posting content on all your social media accounts.

4. Grab the selector, then drag it to your desired position to crop the image accordingly.

5. Once done, click 'Apply' to save the changes.

6. Subsequently, tap 'Add' to proceed.

7. After completing these steps, the image in your Buffer post will be cropped based on the standard size you set across all your social media platforms.
