Right-click the table in the Navigation Pane and select 'Design View'.
Click the ellipsis icon to set a validation rule.
Enter an expression that involves multiple fields.
Enter a meaningful message in the 'Validation Text' property to display if the rule is violated.
Click the save icon to save the changes.
