Guide
Go to Settings on the top right.
Select Properties from the left pane.
Choose the record type (Contacts, Companies, Deals).
Click on the Create property button.
Provide Basic for your new property. Like Object type and Group.
Select the Field Type.
Set property rules and hit the Create button.
