Go back to the 'File' option.
Scroll down to the 'Options' menu.
Select 'Current Database'.
Scroll down to the 'Ribbon and Toolbar Options' section.
Set the 'Ribbon Name' to your custom ribbon.
Click 'OK' and restart the database to apply the changes.
