Guide

1. Go to the 'Design' tab.

2. Choose the page where you want the form to appear.

3. Drag and drop 'Text Inputs' for each form field.

4. Add a 'Button' at the bottom labeled.

5. Add your button to the form.

6. Go to the 'Data' tab.

7. Under 'Data Types', add a new type and click 'Create'.

8. Click 'Create a new field'.

9. Add the field name and field type. Once done, click 'Create'.

10. Click on the 'Workflow' button.

11. Click on the add icon.

12. Add an action, click 'Data'.

13. Click 'Create a new thing...'.

14. Finalize your form and click 'Deploy'.
