1. Inside Buffer's Create Post panel, click the 'Hashtag' option right below the text field.

2. After that, navigate to the right-side section of the panel and click 'Create Hashtag Group'.

3. Come up with a unique hashtag group name, then enter it into the provided input field.

4. Subsequently, click the 'Hashtag Group Content' field and type the hashtags you want to include.

5. Once done, click 'Save Hashtag Group'.

6. After completing these steps, the new hashtag group will be created and saved to your Buffer account.
