Guide

  1. Right-click on the report in the 'Navigation Pane' and select 'Copy' then 'Paste'.

  2. Give the copied report a new name and click 'OK'.

  3. Right-click on the duplicated report and choose 'Design View'.

  4. In the 'Design View', go to the 'Property Sheet' for the report.

  5. Locate the 'Filter' property and enter a filter condition.

  6. On the 'Report Design' tab, click 'Group & Sort'.

  7. Add grouping levels or sorting orders as needed and click 'OK'.

  8. Click 'Save' and close the linked report.
