1. On Hootsuite's main dashboard, head over to the left-side panel and click 'More'.

2. Choose 'Streams' from the list of options.

3. Following that, click 'New Board' to proceed.

4. Find 'Monitor My Own Content' and tap the 'Select' button next to it.

5. Subsequently, tick the checkbox next to the social networking platforms you wish to add to your board.

6. Select or add the social account you prefer to use and then tap 'Next'. Do the same thing for all the selected platforms.

7. After completing these steps, the social media streams will be created and added to the newly generated Hootsuite board. You can now create and manage your streams all in one place.
