1. Navigate to your desired project.

2. Select 'Testing Board' located at the sidebar of your board.

3. Click 'Create' and select 'Test'.

4. Define test case details: Enter a name and description for your test case.

5. Set other fields such as Priority, Labels, and Test Type.

6. Click 'Create' to save your test case.

7. Creating test scripts in Jira is most effectively done using test management add-ons like Xray which provide structured features for test case management.
