How to Create Text in Power BI



Guide

  1. Go to the top menu bar and click 'Text Box'.

  2. After that, tap the provided text box and type the text you want to add.

  3. To customize its style and format, highlight the text you want to edit.

  4. Subsequently, use the options in the floating bar to make your desired changes. For instance, you can specify your preferred font, change the size, realign the text, and the like.

  5. Grab the drag handles at the corners of the text box to resize and reposition the text based on your preference. Simply move it to your desired position.

  6. After completing these steps, the text will be created and added to your Power BI workspace.
