1. Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Project Settings'.

2. Select 'Portal Settings' from the list of options.

3. After that, you may now start the customization. Simply click on the text box that contains the elements you want to edit and then make your desired changes afterwards.

4. Once done, tap 'Save'.

5. After completing these steps, the changes to the default settings of the Jira Service Desk Portal will be applied instantly.
