How to Delete a Ticket in Zendesk

  1. Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Views'.

  2. Find the specific ticket you want to delete from the list and then tick the checkbox beside it.

  3. After that, click the 'Delete' button to proceed.

  4. Subsequently, tap 'Delete Ticket' to confirm your request.

  5. After completing these steps, the selected ticket will be deleted immediately.
