How to Delete Duplicate Contacts in Activecampaign

Guide

1. Navigate your mouse to the 'Contacts' menu.

2. Enter a contact to search.

3. Click the contact that has a duplicate.

4. Click the drop down menu beside the 'Send a Campaign' option.

5. Choose 'Merge'.

6. A modal will appear that contains a duplicated contact and click 'Merge'.

7. Click 'Next' to proceed.

8. Check each checkbox.

9. Click 'Merge' to delete the abandoned duplicate contact once you’ve checked it’s not connected to anything important.
