1. Access your customer database through the 'Contacts' module.

2. Click on the ellipsis icon to edit the contact.

3. Click 'Edit this contact' to modify contact information to keep your records current and accurate.

4. Review the contacts with tags.

5. Click on the 'X' symbol to remove unwanted tags to maintain clean contact categorization.

6. Click 'Save' to apply your changes to update the contact record instantly.
