How to Duplicate a Plan in Microsoft Planner



Guide

  1. Head over to the left-side panel and click 'My Plans'.

  2. After that, select the plan you wish to duplicate.

  3. Navigate to the top menu bar, then click the drop-down arrow next to the plan name.

  4. Subsequently, click 'Copy Plan' to proceed.

  5. Come up with a unique plan name for the duplicate and enter it into the provided input field.

  6. Following that, tap the 'Group' menu and select the group where the plan is currently stored.

  7. Tick the checkbox beside the attachments you want to include.

  8. Once done, click 'Copy' to continue.

  9. Finally, the selected plan in your Microsoft Planner will be duplicated and added to the My Plans tab.
