1. Inside Hootsuite's Plan tab, find and select the post with the publishing schedule you want to adjust.

2. Following that, tap 'Edit' to proceed.

3. Go to the bottom-right section, then click the 'Schedule Post' button.

4. After that, click the calendar icon next to the original date setting and then pick a new schedule.

5. Edit the posting as well if necessary. Just click the corresponding drop-down menus and set them accordingly.

6. Subsequently, tap 'Done'.

7. Review your post once again and then click 'Save Edits' to proceed.

8. After completing these steps, the publishing schedule of the selected post will be edited based on your input.
