1. HubSpot doesn't directly embed videos in emails, so you need to upload your video to a hosting platform like YouTube or Vimeo.

2. In your HubSpot email, drag and drop the video module into your desired spot.

3. Add the URL of the video you want to embed.

4. Hit the Review and Send button.

5. Click on Preview to get a preview of your email.

6. Click on the video preview to check if it correctly leads to the video you want to send out.
